Will Facila reply on my behalf without asking?
No. For seven days it only observes. After that, you turn on auto-reply chat by chat, with prior approval as default (Pro/Premium). You can pause everything in one tap.
What happens to my audio?
Transcribed on our private servers using whisper.cpp — never sent to OpenAI or Amazon. The original audio is deleted seven days after transcription.
Is connecting WhatsApp via Baileys safe?
Yes — one device per user, no broadcast, continuous monitoring. WhatsApp Business Cloud API support arrives in V1 for those who want native multi-device.
Can I pause everything?
Yes. A "Pause Facila" button is always visible — halts every automation in under 30 seconds. The audit log shows every action taken before the pause.
If I cancel — where do my data go?
Soft-delete in 30 days, hard-delete after 60. Manual requests delete in 7 days. You can export everything as JSON or CSV before anything is removed.
